Schedule Your Ride

  • Arrivals: Include your flight number so we can monitor delays.
  • Departures: We pick up from Oxford 2 hrs 30 min before your flight.

A $20 deposit is required at booking to hold your spot — paid securely online.

Shuttles are paid in full at time of booking

Receive Your Confirmation

You'll get a confirmation email right away with your date and time. Changes or cancellations can be made directly from that email.

2–3 days before your ride, a second email will include your driver's name, phone number, and photo — so you know exactly who's coming.

On the Day of Your Ride

Your driver will text you 30 minutes before pickup to confirm your location.

  • Respond promptly and be ready at your pickup location.
  • Stand near the front door so your driver can spot you easily.
  • Have your travel ID ready for verification.
Airport arrivals: specific pickup instructions will be in your driver email

Pay Your Driver

The $20 deposit is a scheduling fee and is not applied toward the driver balance. The remaining balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of service.

Shuttles are paid in full at time of booking — no balance due on the day

Need a Long Distance Ride?

We offer long distance rides at $1.55–$1.85 per mile, depending on the time, date, and total distance. Contact us to get a quote for your trip.

Good to Know

$20 Deposit
Holds your booking and counts toward your total ride cost — paid online when you schedule. Look for coupon codes in your receipts and emails to save on your next ride with friends and family!
Balance to Driver
The remaining balance (total minus $20) goes to your driver on the day of your ride.
Shared Rides
A regular ride scheduled by 1 person at 1 location can have up to 3 passengers traveling to the same destination — all for the cost of a single rider. Luggage is limited to 2 pieces per person when ordered in groups. Not available during holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel free up to 72 hours before your pickup time. Shuttles have a $20 cancellation fee — call us for any changes or credits.
