Ven-Go was Fantastic. The Driver Cheryl was awesome. Right on time. Great Communication. clean roomy minivan. shared ride with another Miami parent and what a small world our children knew each other and will room their 3rd year.
The driver was courteous and professional and pick up right on campus.
A Great experience. We will use in the future.

Comment: April is always quick to respond & so sweet! She goes above & beyond to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for my daughter. She has made being 500 miles away a lot less stressful when it comes to traveling to/from home. Last year my daughter sprained her ankle the night before coming home & April not only offered to have the shuttle pick her up from her dorm (instead of the shuttle location) she actually picked her up herself and drove her to the airport while also suggesting we request a wheelchair- she truly is the best “mom away from home!” Thank u April!
